Lambda is proud to congratulate 40 graduates from Syracuse University. Additionally, two of our seniors will be completing their final year in 5-year design programs. Over 30 women entered our hallowed hall one final time for the Third Degree of Initiation--graduating from a brief collegiate membership to a lifetime of alumnae membership.
Pat Belodoff, House Corporation Vice President, Chapter Advisor, Erin Cunia, and Zeta Pi Chapter Alumna, Kirsten Jacobs performed the Hall of Commitment ceremony on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 for Lambda's senior class. This final stage of initiation continues the promise made during the First Degree of Initiation--the love and confidence of sisterhood throughout the journey of life.
The seniors were each presented with a red carnation, a pin pillow, and their first alumnae newsletter. A cake reception followed the ceremony, where Chapter Advisor, Erin Cunia, sang her favorite song from her own Lambda days, Memories.
